Coby M. Boswell is a family law, divorce, mediation, custody and estate planning attorney with NXTSTEP Family Law who represents clients in the Huntsville, Alabama, metropolitan area. With almost a decade of experience, he has been recognized with an Avvo Client?s Choice Award, the Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys and one of the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Advocates.

After graduating from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mr. Boswell attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and earned a Master of Science in Management. He then moved on to law school at Birmingham School of Law, where he graduated as one of the top 17 in his class with his Juris Doctor.

He is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. Within these organizations, he has been recognized for his Pro Bono services to clients. Mr. Boswell is admitted to practice in the state of Alabama and is a former Vice Chair of Custody Committee for the American Bar Association?s Family Law Division.

A former board member of the Madison County Bar Association Young Lawyer?s Division, he also served as the chair of the Family Law Committee within the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association. Mr. Boswell also serves as a guardian ad Litem in Morgan County, Limestone County and Madison County, where he protects the best interests of minors. Within the Madison County Volunteer Lawyer Program, he takes at least two pro bono cases each year to give back to his community.
