Jim is a United States Air Force Veteran. He has a BS/BA from Youngstown State University with a major in accounting and a minor in finance. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. He is licensed to practice law in all Arizona and Ohio state courts and the U.S. District Court.
He has worked 10 years as a bank trust officer, 14 years in a private practice in Ohio practicing in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Tax Law and Social Security. In addition, Jim honorably served 8 years as an Ohio Probate Court Magistrate.
Since relocating with his family to Arizona in 2006 he has served the community primarily practicing Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Probate. Jim is not only a compassionate man who will listen to your needs and concerns but is a strong advocate for your legal needs. He will work with you to analyze your issues and recommend the proper course of action. Jim lives in Anthem with his wife and two children.
