In addition, he has maintained a focus in the practice areas of estate administration and litigation, entity formation, and civil litigation. Over the past years Mr. Alexander has defended individuals and businesses before the IRS from the initial stages of an audit though the Appeals process and filing petitions to dispute adverse determinations with the United States Tax Court.
