An estate planning and probate administration attorney with Dale & Eke, David Daniel Deeter represents clients in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the surrounding metropolitan areas. With over four decades of experience, he is certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board as a board-certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyers.
Admitted to practice in Indiana since 1980, Mr. Deeter represents clients throughout the state. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. A former commissioner for the Marion Circuit Court, he spent years as a public defender for the Marion County Municipal & Superior Courts and as a deputy prosecutor for Marion County, Indiana.
Mr. Deeter spent time studying in Austria at the University of Innsbruck, before graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame. Later, he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Currently he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis.
During his career, Mr. Deeter has been asked to lecture on topics related to taxation, probate administration and estate planning. He is a former board member and past president of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis.ÿ He provides valuable services to those who are planning for the future. From setting up a simple trust to making decisions about a large estate, he comes up with creative solutions to the problems his clients face.
