Colin served as a full professor at the New England School of Law for more than 25 years and taught graduate-level courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During his years of teaching, he practiced as of counsel to Bradley, Barry & Tarlow in Boston and practiced at The Egan Building in Gloucester.
