As founder of Family Focus Law, Dana M. Constand guides people in Michigan through difficult situations and important decisions. She works with families and individuals on family law matters such as divorce, spousal support, stepparent adoptions, parenting time and child custody. Additionally, she has an extensive elder law and estate planning practice where she handles probate, guardianships, wills and trusts.ÿ
In 1991, Ms. Constand graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan. She later attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, earning a Juris Doctor in 2014.
There is a natural overlap between many family law ÿand estate administration and planning matters. At the heart of these issues is often a person or people who are concerned about their future. Ms. Constand is a wonderful source of information and support throughout the legal process. She equips clients with the resources they need to move forward with confidence.
