Jordanna L. Evans is an associate attorney at Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, LTD, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she focuses her practice on real estate planning and probate. She has over a decade of legal experience and represents clients including beneficiaries, creditors, heirs, personal representatives and professional fiduciaries throughout the Las Vegas area.ÿ
Additionally, Ms. Evans practices business and estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, complex trust accounting and general civil litigation. She advises clients on real property issues, as well as claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, contractual competency, duress, fraud and undue influence.
Recognized for her professionalism and valuable contributions to the legal profession, the National Law Journal included Ms. Evans on its ?Lawyers of Distinction? list several years in a row and in 2018, Nevada Business magazine featured her on its ?Legal Elite? list. The American Registry and Marquis Who?s Who in America have also recognized her.
Serving her legal community through various participation in professional activities, Ms. Evans is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada?s Probate and Trust Section. She is committed to volunteering her time to pro bono endeavors and in 2013, she was named a member of the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada ?Pro Bono Honors Club.?
Ms. Evans graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2006 with a bachelor?s degree in biology, with a minor in psychology. She earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She is licensed to practice law before all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
