Mark T. Coulter, an experienced attorney, represents clients in southwest Pennsylvania as a valuable part of Coulter & May, PC. With a focus on estate planning and administration, he has over two decades of experience and has helped thousands of clients as they come up with a successful plan for their future. For his substantial success for his clients, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum granted him Life Membership, and the National Registry of Who?s Who inducted him as a Life Member in 2001.
Mr. Coulter is admitted to practice in several states, including the following: Indiana, Florida, New York, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Currently, he serves as the firm?s Director of Estate Planning Centers, helping clients avoid probate, provide for their loved ones, protect their assets and create an estate plan that is tailored to their needs.
After graduating with honors and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Coulter moved on to law school. In 1993, he graduated with honors and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, he was featured in the Duquesne Law Review as a published member.
A prolific writer with extensive experience in the estate planning area, Mr. Coulter has authored his own book, which is sold at many major retailers. The book covers a long list of estate planning topics, including powers of attorney, life insurance, long-term care insurance, probate, letters of instruction and Medicaid nursing home planning.
