RichardHedgepath was born February 23, 1961 in Nashville Tennessee. He grew up in Nashville and graduated fromHillwood High School, Belmont University, and Nashville School of Law.

Upon graduating from law school, Richard served as Judicial Law Clerkfor the Honorable Marietta Shipley, Judge of the Second Circuit Court forDavidson County, Tennessee.
@newlineIn privatepractice, Richard has primarily represented clients in divorce cases, probatematters, and conducted divorce and custody mediations. Richard has been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule31 Mediator since 1998, and has mediated hundreds of cases.

@newlineRichard isa divorced Father of two teenagers, and when he is away from work he enjoysgolfing, hiking with his dog, playing basketball with his 17 year old son, and beinga taxi driver for his 14 year old daughter.
