Lance D. Sharp is one-half of a husband-and-wife team at The Sharp Firm. He and his wife have been practicing law together for more than 20 years. Mr. Sharp handles a wide range of civil cases at the firm. Some of his practice areas include estate planning, products liability, traffic accidents and insurance disputes.
Mr. Sharp graduated from Creighton University in 1984 with a B.S. He then went on to earn a J.D. from the Creighton University School of Law. Shortly afterward, he was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Western Texas and all Texas State Courts.
Playing an active role in the legal field continues outside of the courts and the office for Mr. Sharp. He has also received several honors for his hard work, which began in his academic years and has continued into his professional career. He was a Moot Court Finalist at Creighton University School of Law and is a current member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.
When it comes to giving back, Mr. Sharp focuses his efforts on serving the legal community. He has served on the Board of Directors for several professional organizations. In fact, Mr. Sharp serves on the Board of Directors for the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Bar Association.
