C. Margaret Tritch Buonocore has been a member of the California Bar since 1994 and a Solicitor of the Rolls in England and Wales since 1998. She was also admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2015. Margaret has a Bachelor?s of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University(Magna Cum Laude), a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and a Master?s in International Business Law (LLM) from The London School of Economics & Political Science. She began her legal career in Los Angeles as a litigator. She then moved to London where, after completing her LLM, she worked in international business and finance for eight years. She started with JP Morgan. For five years, she worked as an Assistant Director, at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, structuring corporate finance transactions, equity offerings, debt, and derivative instruments. Prior to that, she worked at IDEA, a global financial analysis company, in London and New York, as Legal Counsel on strategic acquisitions and sales. Margaret has been a Director and General Counsel of investment company, Maitland Primrose Group, Inc. since 2003. At Maitland, she began restructuring, building and managing the international entertainment brand, Moving Pictures and eventually negotiated and structured its sale to an FTSE 100 company in early 2011. Margaret has recently returned to the practice of law here in Arizona and is enjoying using her background in international business and finance to assist individuals and companies in planning their future, whether locally, nationally or internationally.
