As partner at White & Marks PLLC, Eric A. Marks represents clients in Hope, Arkansas, Texarkana, Texas, and Arkadelphia, Arkansas. His practice areas include the following: family law, estate planning and probate, commercial litigation, criminal defense, wrongful death, personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability, general litigation, contract disputes and insurance defense. After years of success as an attorney, in 2017 he was included in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 list.

Mr. Marks attended Ouachita Baptist University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication, before moving on to earn a graduate degree from Henderson State University. There he received his master?s in business administration and Marketing in 2008, and then continued to law school. In 2011, he graduated from Mississippi College School of Law with his Juris Doctor.

While in law school, he was named to the Dean?s List. Now admitted to practice in the state of Arkansas, he is also admitted to practice before the following federal courts: the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court.

A member of the Young Alumni Board Ouachita Baptist University, Mr. Marks is also actively involved with several other professional organizations. These include the following: the Arkansas Bar Association, the Texarkana Young Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
