Kelsey Bardwell has been the managing partner of Sprott, Golden, & Bardwell since December 2014. Prior to earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, she earned a Master?s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Sam Walton College of Business in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and a bachelor?s degree in Management and Marketing from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.

Kelsey handles a variety of matters including personal injury (tractor trailer, motorcycle and car wrecks), estate planning (wills and trusts), real estate and business transactions, business formation, contract disputes, banking and collection work, as well as general civil litigation.

In 2021, Kelsey was acknowledged by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission as a Certified Mediator for Arkansas Circuit Courts in the Civil Divisions.

Kelsey is a native of Harrison, Arkansas, and has a passion for her community. She is a member of the Task Force on Race Relations, Rotary, and the Chamber of Commerce. She is a Commissioner on the City of Harrison?s Planning and Zoning Commission. She is an avid sports fan, and enjoys traveling with her family.

She was appointed in 2017 by Governor Asa Hutchinson to serve on the State Review Committee for Historic Preservation. She was chosen as Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce?s ?Rising Star? for 2018. In 2019, Kelsey was recognized as one of the Mid-South?s Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Kelsey also serves on the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board.
