About Andrew A. Sexton

Andrew A. Sexton is an associate attorney at The Sexton Law Firm in Chula Vista, California, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning and workers? compensation. After first focusing his interest on criminal law, Mr. Sexton found he has a particular passion for helping struggling people get out of debt and return to financial health through the bankruptcy process. He represents clients throughout San Diego County.

In his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Sexton provides compassionate and empathetic service to his clients, understanding that they are going through a difficult and confusing time. He is dedicated to helping them through the complexities of the bankruptcy process and preparing them for a fresh start.

Mr. Sexton is a cum laude graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned a bachelor?s degree in criminal justice. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from California Western School of Law.

While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Sexton was a member of the California Western Law Review and the author of a published article focused on student loans. He developed his knowledge and experience in bankruptcy law by interning for the Department of Justice?s U.S. Trustee Program.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Sexton passed the California bar examination and became qualified to practice law. He is eligible to appear before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He joined The Sexton Law Firm and works alongside his father, the founding attorney of the firm.
