About Keith M. Banks

Attorney Keith M. Banks founded his Davis law firm, the Law Offices of Keith Banks, to assist clients from Davis; the nearby cities of Sacramento, Yolo, Woodland and Fairfield; Yolo County; and the surrounding areas in Central California facing a variety of legal challenges. Today, Mr. Banks offers a wide range of legal services to his clients, including the following:

? Family law, including divorce, annulment and legal separation; property division; spousal support; child custody, visitation and support; paternity; post-decree modifications; and domestic violence
? Landlord-tenant law, including assisting landlords with evictions and rental and lease contract drafting and review, and assisting tenants with eviction defense
? Estate planning, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, special needs trusts, conservatorships and advanced health care directives

Mr. Banks earned a Bachelor of Arts from Sonoma State University and a Masters in history from University of California, Davis. After finishing graduate school, Mr. Banks decided to pursue his law degree at the McGeorge School of Law at University of the Pacific, graduating in 2013. Only a short time after graduation, The State Bar of California granted him admission.

Prior to establishing his solo practice, Mr. Banks gained valuable experience in a number of roles. He served as an associate attorney at a family law firm, he represented low-income tenants through his work with Legal Services of Northern California, and he served as an administrative hearing officer. Thanks to his exposure to several areas of the law and both sides of the bench, it is no surprise that attorney Banks has already built a reputation as one of the region's most promising young lawyers.
