Attorney Wendy E. Hartmann is the founder and owner of Law Offices of Wendy E. Hartmann in Glendale, Southern California. Certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by The State Bar of California, Ms. Hartmann has more than 20 years of total legal experience, and she provides invaluable counsel and support to clients across her region who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Hartmann led a successful career in human resources, and she once served as vice president of a major national human resources consulting firm. During this time, she also gained considerable experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, business management and development, and estate planning, and she has earned designation as one of the leading top attorneys in Southern California.

Ms. Hartmann received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1976. Upon deciding to pursue her legal career, she attended the University of La Verne College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1998. She also received her Master of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2000. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Drawing upon her extensive legal knowledge and experience, Ms. Hartmann routinely conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars across her region on taxation, LGBT laws and other legal subjects. She has also facilitated seminars and programs at the California State Bar Annual Meeting and the State Bar Taxation Conference, the Estate and Gift Tax Conference, and the American Bar Association Tax Conference. She has also spoken before numerous legal organizations throughout the state.
