With over two decades of experience, Ms. Prehn earned her Juris Doctor degree from the San Francisco Law School. During her career, she has also assisted with cases of malpractice litigation, bankruptcy, breach of contract, business torts, partnership dissolution, and entity revivors and compliance matters.

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Prehn holds memberships in several professional organizations. These include the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, The Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association?s Tax Section and the Criminal Tax Penalties Committee, and the Tax Section of The State Bar of California.
