Mr. Gibson's legal education came at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1977. Active in his community, he is a former president of the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member of the board of the Placer Community Foundation.
