A dean?s list graduate of Western Washington University, Ms. Deede completed her bachelor?s degree in international business in 2007. She then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2011. While there, she was a part of the Women?s Law Caucus and served as the vice president of Student Consumer Attorneys.

With a reputation as an aggressive litigator who won?t hesitate to go to trial, Ms. Deede has handled a number of cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Supreme Court of California. She was admitted to practice in California in 2011.

Prior to partnering with her current law firm, Ms. Deede worked with several other San Diego law firms. She interned at the San Diego County Public Defender's Office and the San Diego District Attorney's Office, and served as a judicial extern for Honorable Judge Strauss at the California Superior Court.

A published author of many articles, Ms. Deede remains active in her legal community by maintaining memberships in many legal organizations. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the California Mortgage Association, the Probate Attorneys of San Diego, and The State Bar of California?s Trust And Estate Section.
