Litigation - trusts, estates, conservatorships, elder abuse and civil litigation. I'm a 28 year litigation attorney handling cases in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. Trust, estate, will, probate, conservatorship, elder abuse and nursing home litigation, and representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contentious administrations. 2. Civil litigation - commercial/business, personal physical and mental/brain injury, vehicle and truck accidents, real estate, environmental, products liability and professional liability (trustee, accountant, D&O and real estate broker).
