Marina M. Vinsky, Esq., is the principal attorney at Vinsky Law Group. Her practice focuses exclusively on Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Conservatorship and Adoption matters. Marina has built Vinsky Law Group to provide sophisticated, creative and practical estate planning advice, to support and guide clients through difficult times of loss, and to advance clients? interests in court. Vinsky Law Group is proud to serve a very diverse group of clients and to provide the highest quality of legal services and customer experience. Marina is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar. She is a frequent lecturer on the topics of Estate Planning and Probate for insurance and financial planning professionals. Marina resides in Santa Clara County with her husband and two daughters.
