Jennifer F. Scharre is a Partner at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, located in San Jose, California. Mrs. Scharre's trust and decedent's estate administration practice includes representation of trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust administration and probate including preparation of trust accountings and estate tax returns.

Mrs. Scharre's Accounting degree from the University of San Diego makes her uniquely equipped to assist clients in complex estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Scharre earned her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Jennifer not only gives back to the legal community through speaking and presentations for professional organizations but also participates in her local community by providing informative presentations regarding tax planning, estate planning, and charitable giving.

Actively affiliated with distinguished legal associations, Ms. Scharre is currently a board of trustees? member at the Silicon Valley Bar Association, while her previous positions included executive committee chair member and education committee co-chair member. She is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of The State Bar of California.ÿ

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Scharre is a lecturer at the Santa Clara School of Law and is a guest lecturer at the UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. She has written numerous articles in notable journals and has spoken extensively at several eminent legal platforms.
