About Jeffrey R. Loew

Jeffrey R. Loew is the founding attorney of Loew Law Group in San Mateo, California. Mr. Loew focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, including will contests and trust disputes, as well as fiduciary litigation and financial elder abuse actions. He serves clients in San Mateo County, as well as in San Francisco and Santa Clara County and throughout Northern California.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Loew has resolved numerous complex estate and trust disputes at the trial and appellate levels, using negotiation, mediation, arbitration and courtroom litigation. His experience also includes serving as an expert witness at depositions, mediations and trials.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Loew regularly gives presentations on estate, trust and elder abuse topics. A leader in his legal and professional communities, he is the founding president of the San Mateo County Law Library Foundation and a member of the philanthropic advisors council of the Mills-Peninsula Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Loew currently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Bar Association.ÿ He has served as the chair of the San Mateo County Bar Association?s trusts and probate section and sat on the board of trustees of the Silicon Valley Bar Association. While serving with the Silicon Valley Bar Association, he was the judicial liaison to the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo Probate Court.

Mr. Loew earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 2001, which qualified him to appear before all California state courts. He is certified in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Legal Specialization Program.
