Ms. Weed has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accountancy from the University of San Diego and a Master of Law degree in taxation. She served as an intern at the State Sales and Use Tax Clinic and was the recipient of the outstanding legal intern award. Ms. Weed earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Whittier Law School, where she was a member of the Hispanic American law student association and the Intellectual Property Law Society.ÿ

Active in the legal community, Ms. Weed is chair of the Tax Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. She is also affiliated with the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley, the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council and The State Bar of California Taxation Section, Young Tax Lawyers.ÿ
