I am passionate about working with families on estate planning matters and takes pride in providing clients with quality and reliable estate planning services. I enjoy speaking to the public and educating professionals on various legal topics. I am a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Colorado Bar Association. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I have a solid financial background that makes me a valuable resource to clients with complex estate planning needs. I obtained a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, where I served as an editor for the Criminal Law Review. I'm an expert researcher and I was awarded a Certificate in Legal Research from the University of Denver, Westminster Law Library. I am a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Before I was an estate planning attorney, I ethically prosecuted criminal matters in court as a Deputy District Attorney in the 17th Judicial District. As part of the Economic Crime Unit, I advocated for the rights of elderly and at-risk individuals.
