Additionally, I help clients develop favorable outcomes through alternative dispute resolution when traditional litigation is undesirable or inadvisable. As a member of the Fiduciary Solutions group at Holland & Hart, my practice includes the representation of corporate fiduciaries, individual fiduciaries, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in the resolution of probate and trust-related litigation.
