A graduate of the University of Wisconsin?Madison, Mr. Solem obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1974. He holds his license to practice in Wisconsin and Colorado, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
