Kimberly R. Willoughby has been practicing law in Colorado for over 25 years. She started the Willoughby Law Firm, LLC, in 1996 which became Willoughby & Associates. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Ms. Willoughby received her law degree from the University of Virginia in 1994.
