An accomplished estate planning attorney, Barry D. Horowitz is the founding partner and president at the law firm of Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates, P.C. He also holds a post-doctorate degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.

An active contributor to those in his community, Mr. Horowitz provides pro bono services to underprivileged and low-income individuals. He was a part of the Connecticut Bar Association?s Law Works for People Program in 2003, and he was named to the Connecticut Bar Association Pro Bono Honor Roll. He also volunteered his time with Connecticut Women?s Education and Legal Fund (CWEALF) and HART ? Hartford Areas Rally Together.
