Attorney Richard Lewis is the founder of the MHR Lewis (U.S.) LLC law firm in Stamford, Connecticut. Over the course of his more than 16 years in practice, Mr. Lewis has achieved remarkable success assisting international and domestic clients with all their business and investment interests in the United States. Prior to establishing his own law firm, he spent more than 10 years working at another prominent legal practice in Stamford, where he gained invaluable insight and experience that help him deliver unmatched representation to those he serves.

A 1998 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Lewis received his master's degree from the University of Chicago in 1999. He then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he obtained his juris doctor degree in 2004. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.
