Among her other professional affiliations, Ms. Clark Emmert is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce's board of directors, and she supports children in her area through her role as director of Clothing Our Kids.

A graduate of Bryn Mawr College, Ms. Clark Emmert received her MBA from Wilmington University and her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before all Delaware state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
