Brian R. Della Rocca is an experienced estate and trust planning attorney in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Della Rocca strives to find solutions to complex client needs in the most cost-effective manner. A frequent speaker on estate planning topics, Mr. Della Rocca frequently lectures other attorneys, certified public accountants, and financial advisors on estate and tax planning issues. Mr. Della Rocca has published articles in various estate and financial planning publications. Mr. Della Rocca has been quoted in the Journal of Financial Planning and Money Magazine discussing potential problems that can arise after a person's death. He is a member of the Bar Associations of the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, and Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Della Rocca served on the Estates and Trusts Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association, served as the Co-Chair of the Maryland Estate and Gift Tax Study Group, and served as the Co-Chair of the Montgomery/Prince George's County, Maryland Tax Study Group. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine since 2009. Brian currently serves on the St. Elizabeth Catholic School Advisory Board where he chairs the Marketing and Development Committee. Mr. Della Rocca received a B.A. degree from the State University of New York College at Oneonta, a J.D. degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and an LL.M. degree in Taxation with a Certificate in Employee Benefits from the Georgetown University Law Center.
