Several of my clients have commented on how I have a tendency to tell them what they need to hear and not what they want to hear. I do this as something my parents impressed upon me. I believe that clients should hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to help eliminate some of the confusion in his/her/their case. Although this sounds a little clich‚, clients get the point and appreciate it.
