Jason Neufeld is an elder law attorney at Elder Needs Law, PLLC., where he focuses his practice primarily on Florida Medicaid planning and estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designation, Living Will, etc..).

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Neufeld provides advice and counsel to elderly clients (who have unique needs and issues e.g. Medicare liens, Medicaid preservation, etc...) who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other parties. He co-counsels on nursing home or ALF abuse cases. Mr. Neufeld has obtained favorable results both in and out of the courtroom, including sizable settlements and jury awards, and his fellow professionals have taken note of his successful track record. He has received both an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. In addition, Mr. Neufeld has been named to Florida Trend magazine's annual Florida Legal Elite list.

After graduating from Emory University in 2002, Mr. Neufeld enrolled at the University of Miami, and in 2007 he obtained both a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Miami Business School.ÿ
