Vivile Dietrich advises individuals, trusts, and estates on estate planning, business succession, and probate law. She also represents business entities, advising clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including business formations, acquisitions, federal and state taxation, and general corporate and contract matters. Viv is an active member of the State Bar of Florida, a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and a member of the Estate Planning and Tax Committee of the Jacksonville Bar Association. She is also an inactive member of the Virginia State Bar. Viv began her legal career with Glazier & Glazier, P.A., where she represented business entities in business formations and incorporations, acquisitions, federal and state taxation, and general corporate and contract matters; and represented individuals in business succession, estate planning and probate law. After beginning her legal career with Glazier & Glazier, P.A., she relocated to Virginia, where she practiced law for several years in civil litigation, including employment law, defamation, legal malpractice, business torts, general tort law, and contract law before the Virginia state courts and federal courts (i.e., the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals). In addition, she represented individuals in estate planning matters. After moving back to Florida, she was welcomed back to Glazier & Glazier, P.A. in 2017. In 2000, Viv received both her J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2000, and her M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. She received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Florida in 1996.
