At Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., Anthony J. Cetrangelo Jr. is a stockholder in the Naples office. Representing clients in Florida, his practice is focused on general corporate law, estate and trust litigation, trusts, wills, probate and trust administration. He takes pride in his ability to offer clients advice and peace of mind about issues such as health care surrogates, living wills, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, enhanced life estate deeds, irrevocable trusts, revocable trusts, and last will and testaments.

At Troy University, Mr. Cetrangelo graduated with honors with his Bachelor of Science degree in literature with a minor in criminal justice before moving on to law school. At Ava Maria School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He was recently recognized on Naples Illustrated magazine?s Top Lawyers list.

In 2018, Mr. Cetrangelo was named Legal Aid Attorney of the Month, and in both 2017 and 2018, he received an Avvo Clients? Choice Award. He is a member of the National Italian American Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association and the Lee County Bar Association.

Through the Legal Aid Society of Collier County, Mr. Cetrangelo provides pro bono services. With an understanding that the process of creating an estate plan or trust can be difficult, he approaches each situation with sensitivity and a commitment to creating a customized plan designed for each client.
