After earning a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University in 1976, Mr. Baseman went on to New York Law School and in 1980 earned a Juris Doctor. Passionate about training and education, he also earned a LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1981.

Active in the community, Mr. Baseman is involved with the South Florida Art Center, the Miami Design Preservation League, Leadership Palm Beach County, the Plantation Athletic League, the Palm Beach County Business Development Board and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County. He is also a member of the Palm Beach Tax Institute and the tax section of The Florida Bar.
