Attorney Richard B. Comiter is a senior partner at Comiter Singer Baseman & Braun in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Comiter practices in the areas of federal income tax, partnership state law, partnership state law business transactions, probate, succession planning and wealth transfer planning. He serves clients in Palm Beach Gardens and throughout the state of Florida.

Mr. Comiter holds a bachelor?s degree and a master of tax law degree from the University of Florida and a master?s degree in tax accounting from Florida International University. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1981. He is also board-certified in tax law by The Florida Bar.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Comiter has authored numerous articles for various publications. In addition, he has lectured for groups, including The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Business Institute and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
