A native of the Bahamas, Ms. Campbell relocated to the U.S. with her family in 2002 and pursued her higher education. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in 2009 with a degree in criminology before attending Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2013. While in law school, she served as a research assistant for the American Caribbean Law Initiative as well as a teacher?s assistant for research and writing.

During this time, Ms. Campbell also worked at a prominent real estate firm, where she gained invaluable experience with foreclosures and title curative work, and she assisted in the representation of major lenders across the country. Recognized for her contributions, she received the Dean Richard Dillon Excellence in Real Property Award.

Following graduation, Ms. Campbell worked with Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc., where she worked primarily with indigent clients throughout her area and further expanded her knowledge and insight into foreclosure defense and other similar matters. She then helped establish a private practice that drew her more into focusing on family law matters. She also actively volunteers as a guardian ad litem.

Among her other accolades, Ms. Campbell has received the Alumni of the Year award twice from the Stetson Black Law Students Association, and she has received recognition from the Sixth Judicial Circuit for her many hours of pro bono service she has provided to those less fortunate in her community.ÿ

A leader in her field, Ms. Campbell also serves as co-chair of the Clearwater Bar Association's Family Law Section as well as chair of the organization's Diversity Symposium Committee. She is also the past president of the Fred G. Minnis Sr. Bar Association, and she is an active member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Canakaris American Inn of Court and the St. Petersburg Bar Association, among her other professional affiliations.
