For those in Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida, and throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, he handles legal matters related to probate and estate administration, elder law, trust and estate planning litigation, guardianship, real estate, real estate litigation and civil litigation.
Mr. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 1980 and obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Michigan and is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Michigan, the Sarasota County Bar Association and The Florida Bar?s Probate and Trust Litigation Committee. He has published several written pieces on estate planning and wills and trusts for The Florida Bar Journal and the NBI Institute.
