A 1980 graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Goldberg returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1982 and his Master of Laws in taxation in 1983. He holds his admission to practice before all Florida state courts as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Goldberg is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and the Taxation, Real Property, and Probate and Trust Law Sections of both The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
