The founder of the Haft Law Group, Scott R. Haft represents individuals and businesses in West Palm Beach, Florida. He focuses his practice primarily on complex civil litigation, with cases involving business disputes, intellectual property infringement, employment law, will contests and other probate and estate administration matters, and real estate disputes. Mr. Haft also handles commercial real estate acquisitions and financing for his clients.

Mr. Haft received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College in 2005. In his senior year, he was the captain of his school's varsity baseball team. After graduation, Mr. Haft turned down an offer to play for the New York Mets in order to commence his legal studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, from which he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2008.

Following law school, Mr. Haft was admitted to practice before the state courts of Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Mr. Haft first gained experience by working for a large law firm in Palm Beach County before starting his own firm, where his clients include regional banks, businesses and developers.

Mr. Haft is dedicated to the practice of law, and he is active in a number of professional organizations. His memberships allow him to network with others in the legal community so that he can continue to grow and improve his legal skills and knowledge. Mr. Haft is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
