Focusing her practice on estate planning, Holly L. Geerdes is the founding attorney at The Atlanta Estate Law. Proudly serving clients throughout the Atlanta area in Georgia, she helps people prepare for the inevitable, as well as the unexpected, challenges of aging. Building lasting relationships with those she represents, Ms. Geerdes also provides counsel to clients in all areas of estate planning, including wills, trust, eldercare, asset protection, probate and more.

In 1997, Ms. Geerdes graduated from The University of Iowa, receiving a Bachelor of Science. She went on to attend the University of Minnesota Law School. From there, she earned a Juris Doctor in 2000.

Having 19 years of legal experience, Ms. Geerdes offers people the personalized, reliable advice they deserve. Taking the time to get to know them and to understand their needs, she explains her clients? options and helps them craft plans tailored to their specific concerns and legal objectives. Ms. Geerdes helps draft the necessary documents on behalf of those she represents to establish wills and trusts, as well as powers of attorney and medical directives. She strives to give her clients peace of mind as they age in knowing their legal needs are addressed. Ms. Geerdes has an Avvo ?Superb? rating and, among other honors, has been named in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.

Actively involved in the community, Ms. Geerdes is a member of and serves on the boards for the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the National Association of REALTORS. She is also a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, Rotary Club, and she regularly authors articles on topics pertaining to her areas of focus and trains lawyers, Financial Advisors and CPAs across the United States on asset protection.
