Mr. Saylor's estate administration and probate practice encompasses the representation of both heirs and fiduciaries. He handles many probate controversies through mediation or arbitration when so directed by the court. Mr. Saylor also assists with the preparation of estate and trust tax returns, and he is aided in that regard by his extensive tax experience. He also assists individuals and businesses that are being audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
