Stephen M. Scriber is an attorney with Scriber Law Group, LLC, who represents clients in Atlanta, Georgia. He handles legal matters related to probate, estate planning, wills and trusts. With a commitment to honesty and integrity, he strives to minimize costs and reduce stress for his clients. He is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.

Mr. Scriber is a member of the Amherst Alumni Association, the Duke Club of Atlanta, the National LGBT Bar Association, the Gate City Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. He is also a board member of the Stonewall Bar Association of Georgia.

In 2006, he graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended the University of Mississippi, where he also graduated cum laude with a Master of Arts. Mr. Scriber moved on to law school at Duke University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school, he was President of the Duke OUTLaw group, internal managing editor for the Duke Forum for Law & Social Change, a case note editor for the Alaska Law Review and a B.S. Womble Scholar.

For almost a decade, Mr. Scriber has been helping clients both young and old as they get their affairs in order, and he provides peace of mind about their children, their assets and their own medical wishes. With offices in Midtown Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia, he spreads his reach to help as many clients as he can while still serving both the local and legal communities through his volunteer and professional work.
