About Maria Keller

After several fulfilling decades of raising her children, Maria Keller now represents clients in Cumming, Georgia, as an attorney with O?Driscoll Keller Law Group, LLC. With a focus on family law, she handles the legal matters related to child custody, divorce, elder law, estate planning and probate, adoption, juvenile law, special needs law and custody modification. For over a decade, she has dedicated her efforts to helping families as they work through divorce, emphasizing the importance of quality education and services for children with special needs.

Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia, Ms. Keller earned a Juris Doctor from Atlanta?s John Marshall Law School in 2012. She is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Forsyth County Juvenile Bar Association.

Combining her passion for the law with her desire to help families, Ms. Keller has extensive experience in helping clients plan their estates and make sure they are prepared for whatever comes. An important part of an estate plan is addressing custody and care of any children with special needs, and after her experiences with her own children, she understands how to help clients feel safe about the future.

When requested by a judge, Ms. Keller serves as guardian ad litem to help meet the needs of children in the middle of divorce and custody cases. This requires her to focus on accurate information and negotiate between several emotional parties. While she encourages the bonds of the family, she is also prepared to protect the best interests of her clients when necessary.
