Attorney Patricia F. Ammari is the founder of The Ammari Firm, LLC, in Marietta, Georgia. Ms. Ammari focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and special needs trusts. She serves clients in Marietta and the Atlanta metropolitan region, including but not limited to, Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Forsyth, Paulding, and Douglas counties.
Ms. Ammari has been practicing for more than 19 years. Before founding her firm, she practiced commercial litigation at an international law firm. She uses her experience to provide committed and dedicated representation to Georgia?s elderly population and their families. She understands the aging process is often challenging and treats each client with respect and compassion, providing clear guidance through the legal process.
Active in her legal community, Ms. Ammari is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners and ElderCounsel. She is a former president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (GANAELA) and the Elder Law Section of the Cobb County Bar Association, Ms. Ammari currently serves on the Board of Directors for GANAELA and for the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.ÿÿ
In addition, Ms. Ammari enjoys giving back to her community through pro bono activity. She regularly volunteers with the Georgia senior legal hotline through Legal Aid Atlanta, assisting clients with receiving available benefits.
Ms. Ammari earned a bachelor?s degree from the University of Alabama. She received her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. She is qualified to appear before all Georgia state courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Department of Veterans Service.
