Along with her impressive legal credentials, Ms. Rincker has extensive academic and professional training in a variety of areas related to agricultural, environmental and animal sciences, and she has earned a reputation as a leading attorney for food and farm law. She has served on the adjunct faculty at Vermont Law School and New York University, where she has facilitated classes on food law, agriculture and environmental law, nutrition, and other subjects. She has also competed in several livestock shows across the country, winning first place in several categories.

A 2000 graduate of Lake Land College with an associate's degree in agriculture, Ms. Rincker earned her Bachelor of Science in animal science from Texas A&M University in 2002 and her Master of Science in ruminant nutrition from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2002. In 2007, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law.

Ms. Rincker is licensed to practice in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas and the District of Columbia, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Central districts of Illinois, the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

She has served as chair of the American Bar Association's Agriculture Law Committee and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association's Agriculture and Rural Issues Committee. Ms. Rincker is also a member of the Bar Association for the City of New York's Matrimonial Law Committee and the Champaign County Bar Association's Family Law Committee along with her memberships with various other local, state and national legal organizations, including the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York and the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc.
