A 1970 honors graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Mr. Hundley obtained his Juris Doctor with honors from DePaul University College of Law in 1979. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Illinois, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Mr. Hundley routinely volunteers his time and services throughout his community, and he received the Pro Bono Service Award from the Chicago Bar Association in 1997 for his outstanding representation of state legislators and educational reform organizations in disputes over the use of "Title I" education funds before the Illinois Supreme Court.
