As the managing partner at Mallor Grodner LLP, Dustin L. Plummer represents clients in the Bloomington and Indianapolis areas of Indiana. He focuses in the firm's private client practice group, assisting clients in high asset divorce matters, complex business issues, and estate planning. He has a broad range of experience working with closely held businesses, business organization, and transactions. Having served as in-house counsel for a group of closely held business for three years during his career, and as an active participant in a number of outside businesses, Dustin understands the practical impact of the legal advice he give. Dustin also practices in estate planning and wealth management and is a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University, Dustin received a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Keeping that in mind, Dustin strives to resolve matters as quickly and effectively as possible. He treats his clients with compassion throughout the legal process. He knows that some matters are best resolved outside the courtroom. However, when an agreement cannot be reached, he is a dedicated advocate for his clients. Over the course of his career, Dustin has built a reputation for bringing respect and logic to the table.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Plummer is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Ohio.
When he is not at his practice, Mr. Plummer enjoys sharing his legal knowledge through seminars with the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. He also enjoys volunteering with various community organizations and watching sports.
